Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the rawbit platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), operated by Raw Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

rawbit is an AI studio that lets you generate, edit and animate product and brand imagery, retain your brand's identity memory, and integrate with other tools via the MCP protocol.

We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes in advance where reasonably possible.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or responsible entity. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform to do any of the following:

• Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Create abusive, inciting, hateful, or adult content.
• Impersonate any person or brand, or mislead others about the origin of content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems.
• Resell the Service or abuse credit limits through unauthorized automated means.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the inputs you upload (product photos, logos, text). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate through the Platform for your commercial use.

You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs for the purpose of operating, improving and supporting the Service. The rawbit marks and software remain our property.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any material you upload to the Platform.

rawbit offers a Free plan alongside paid subscription plans (currently Starter, Store, Growth, Agency and Enterprise). Each plan's price, monthly credit allowance, generation limits, storage allowance, user seats and features are described on the pricing page, which forms part of these Terms. We may adjust plans and pricing from time to time; changes to a plan you are subscribed to apply from your next billing cycle.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual subscriptions are paid up front, but their credits and generation limits are granted and metered in monthly cycles throughout the year.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway. Promotional discounts (such as early-bird pricing) are limited offers that we may amend or withdraw for future billing cycles. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Platform runs on a credit-based model. Generating content consumes credits from your balance — images consume a small amount, while videos, UGC ads and voiceovers consume more. The credit cost of each operation is shown within the product and may be updated as the cost of the underlying AI models changes.

• Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance together with generation limits (images, videos, UGC ads and voiceovers) measured per 30-day billing cycle.
• Reaching a generation limit included in your plan does not necessarily stop generation: as long as you hold a credit balance (including purchased top-ups), further generations continue and are charged from that balance.
• If an included limit is reached and you hold no credit balance, generation pauses until your cycle resets, you top up credits (on eligible plans), or you upgrade your plan.
• A feature your plan does not include at all (a limit of zero — for example UGC ads on the Free plan) cannot be unlocked with credits; it requires a plan upgrade.
• Unused plan credits expire at each renewal and do not carry over to the next cycle. Purchased top-up credits are exempt and carry over until used.
• If a generation fails on our side or on the provider's side, the credits for that operation are automatically refunded to your balance.

Some Platform features are included in your plan without consuming any credits:

• Adding products — including the automatic analysis, thumbnail and product identity sheet — is free of credits up to your plan's product cap.
• Uploading custom scenes and brand assets is free of credits within your plan's included storage allowance. Uploads beyond that allowance are not blocked; they are charged in credits per upload at the rates shown in the product.
• Browsing, organizing and downloading the content you have generated.

The Free plan is intended for evaluation: it includes a small number of generations with no credit balance, output resolution up to 2K, a limited model selection, and images that carry a rawbit watermark. Commercial usage rights and watermark-free output are part of the paid plans. Once the Free plan's allowance is used up, generation stops until you upgrade or purchase credits.

Each plan also includes a set number of user seats, and the Agency plan additionally includes a number of client companies, each with its own seats. We may apply fair-use safeguards where free allowances are abused — for example, creating multiple accounts to bypass Free plan limits.

The Platform may rely on third-party models and providers, and may integrate with external tools via MCP. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it before any public use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raw Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your rights to use the Platform cease immediately, while clauses that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
